Preamble
The PraiseHub Charter defines the rules of conduct applicable to all users of the platform — whether they are event organizers (clients) or musical service providers. Compliance with this charter is mandatory to maintain a professional and trustworthy environment.
1. Provider obligations
1.1 Punctuality and attendance
- Be present at the event venue at least 30 minutes before the start of the service.
- In case of an expected delay, notify the client and the PraiseHub team immediately.
- Any delay of more than 30 minutes without justification may result in a 20% reduction in payment.
- In case of unjustified absence, a 50% reduction may be applied.
1.2 Quality of service
- Maintain the quality level presented in your profile.
- Prepare the repertoire agreed upon with the client.
- Meet the technical requirements communicated in advance.
1.3 Professionalism
- Wear appropriate attire for the event.
- Treat clients with respect and courtesy.
- Do not consume alcohol or substances before or during the service.
2. Client (organizer) obligations
2.1 Accurate information
- Provide complete and accurate information about the event (venue, date, time, audience).
- Communicate technical requirements (sound system, stage, equipment) in a timely manner.
2.2 Welcoming providers
- Ensure access to the event venue at the agreed time.
- Provide a suitable space for providers (dressing room, catering for long services).
2.3 Deposit and payments
A client deposit of €250 may be required, of which a maximum of €125 may be withheld in case of a proven breach of obligations. Disputes must be submitted within 5 days after the event.
3. Rating system
After each event, organizers and providers can rate each other. This rating system helps build trust on the platform and guides future users in their choices.
- Ratings are public and visible on profiles.
- Reviews must be objective, respectful, and based on actual experience.
- PraiseHub reserves the right to remove abusive or defamatory reviews.
4. Conflict resolution
In case of disagreement between a client and a provider, both parties agree to first seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, PraiseHub may intervene as a mediator. A claim must be submitted within 5 days after the event.
